People are being stripped of their jobs during the Corona epidemic.  And the Corona epidemic has taught us that we must now open our own businesses.  Then this scheme of Modi government will be very useful for you.  For business you can apply for a loan of up to Rs 10 lakh under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY).  And only within 7 or 10 days do you get the amount.

The government launched the MUDRA (Micro Units Development Refinance Agency) scheme in April 2015 to promote small businesses.  The government launched the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana to meet the financial needs of small and medium enterprises in the country.

The government has also disbursed Rs 48,145.27 crore under the scheme till August 14 in the 2020-21 session.

The main purpose of this scheme is to provide easy loans.  The scheme will create more employment opportunities in the industry.  Prior to the Mudra scheme, traders had to face many hurdles to get a loan from a bank.  The biggest thing was that you had to give a guarantee to get a loan.

 Benefits under this scheme

Loans are provided without guarantee under the currency scheme.

No processing fee has been charged for the loan.

The repayment period of this loan can be extended up to 5 years.

Working capital loans can be provided through currency cards.

 Who can avail this scheme?

Any Indian citizen or company who wants to start any business other than farming or pursue his current business can apply for this scheme.  The applicant is given financial assistance up to Rs. 10 lakhs.

What is the interest rate on a currency loan?

There is no fixed interest rate under a currency loan.  Different banks and interest rates may vary depending on the business risk of the applicant.  The interest rate on a currency loan in general is about 12% per annum.  Under the currency loan scheme, no subsidy has been given by the government.  If the applicant has applied for a subsidy under another scheme in which the government provides a capital subsidy, the subsidy can be linked to a currency loan.
