Matter of considering Head Teacher Aptitude Test - HTAT Principal as Academic Cadre.  From the advertisement under reference (1) of the Department of Education dated 17/01/2018, in the office of the Director of Primary Education or in the service of the concerned district or No. 2 (Murnareshpal) primary education, the head teacher, class-3, cadre allowance rules are published.  Were made.  Subsequently, the allowance rules for headmaster, class-3, cadre were published by deleting the previous recruitment rules from the advertisement dated 3/06/2017 under reference

 (2)  However, at that time no clarification was issued as to whether the Head Teachers Aptitude Test (HTAT Acharya) cadre should be considered as academic cadre or administrative cadre.  Therefore, the matter of classifying the headmaster as an academic or administrative cadre was under consideration.  Resolution: At the end of the adult deliberation on the above matter, the Office of the Director of Primary Education or the Head District Aptitude Test (HTAT Acharya) in the jurisdiction of the concerned District or Town (Jurispal) Primary Education Committee is hereby allowed to be treated as Class-II Academic Cadre. 

  This resolution is published in accordance with the approval of the General Administration Department dated 11/01/2021 and the Finance Department dated 05/03/2021 on the high number of this department.
