Here's the highlight - 

1) Government announced Rs 500 crore for Gaumata Poshan Yojana. Rs 500 crore for Mukhyamantri Gaumata Poshan Yojana. And Rs 500 crore for maintenance of Gaushala, Panjrapole. 

2) For women and child development, Rs 4976 crore. 

3) Government to construct a massive check dam in Kachhu, for which Rs 65 crores is allocated. Also, provision of Rs 5339 crore for the Water Resources Department. Rs 5451 crore for Water Supply Department.

4) Rs 12240 crore for Health Department. Education department, Rs 34884 crore is allocated. Rs 500 crore for School of Excellence Project Rupees. 

5) For irrigation benefits in Banaskantha, Rs 70 crore, Rs 200 crore for the development of Dharoi enclosure as a tourist area, Rs 25 crores for irrigation of villages of Nalakantha area Ahmedabad district.

6) To prevent women and children from malnutrition, pregnant and lactating mothers will be given one kilogram of pulses, two kilograms of a gram, and one kilogram of edible oil every month free of cost, which the government has allocated Rs 4000 crore. 

7) The state government has announced Rs 10 thousand crores to launch an excellent school in the state. 

8) For the agriculture sector, the state has allocated Rs 7737 crore, a new scheme to provide interest subsidies to farmers on crops. 

9) A private institution is working for cow breeding. Chief Minister Gaumata announced the nutrition plan. For which an allocation of Rs 500 crore has been announced. 

10) Announcing the launch of the excellent school. For which allocation of Rs 10 thousand crores. Also, more than 177 crore Corona vaccines were made available free of cost across the country. 

11) Provision of Rs 8325 crore for Home Department, New 1094 positions of different cadres are announced in the Department. 

12) New police stations to be built in Surat and GIFT City. Rs 1526 crore for Food and Civil Supplies Department. Rs 4782 for Social Justice, Empowerment Department. Also, Provision of Rs 1740 crore for the Law Department and Rs 2909 crore for the Tribal Department. 

13) Rs 9048 crore for Panchayat and Rural Development Department. Rs 14297 crore for Urban Development and Rs 7030 crore for Industry Department. 

14) Rs 465 crore for the Tourism department and Rs 670 crore for Science and technology department. 

15) Rs 1250 for senior citizens above 80 years of age and Rs 1000 for 60 years of age. 

17) For students, New colleges to begin in Jasdan, Limbayat, Palitana, Bagsara. Free WiF is to be provided to nearly four thousand villages. Ayurvedic College at Surendranagar, Government Ayurvedic Hospital will be established at Bilimora in Navsari district. For the International ceramic park to be set up at Morbi, Rs 400 crore are allocated, and Rs 1 lakh assistance to PhD students.
