આદર્શ નિવાસી શાળામાં ધોરણ 9 માં પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા અંગેની જાહેરાત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ 2023-24

અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ગુણવત્તા પૂર્ણ શિક્ષણ મળી રહે તે હેતુથી રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા રહેઠાણની સુવિધા સાથે આદર્શ નિવાસી શાળાઓની યોજના અમલમાં મુકેલ છે. જેમાં છાત્રોને વિના મૂલ્યે રહેવા, જમવા, ગણવેશ અને શિક્ષણની સુવિધા આપવામાં આવે છે.

હાલ રાજ્યમાં આદિજાતિ કુમારો માટેની 26 શાળાઓ કન્યા માટે 26 શાળાઓ અને કુમાર કન્યા મિશ્ર માટેની 23 શાળાઓ મળીને કુલ 75 આદર્શ નિવાસી શાળાઓ કાર્યરત છે.

આદર્શ નિવાસી શાળાઓમાં પ્રવેશ:

આગામી શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ 2023-24 માટે ધોરણ 9 માં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવે છે. પ્રાવેશિક પરીક્ષાના મેરીટ ના આધારે ધોરણ 9 માં પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.

જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ 10 થી 12 ની સંખ્યા સામે ખાલી પડેલ બેઠકો લાયક વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ભરવામાં આવતી હોય પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટે સંબંધિત આદર્શ નિવાસી શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીનો રૂબરૂ સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે.

નિવાસી શાળામાં પ્રવેશ માટેની પાત્રતાનું ધોરણ:

➡️ ધોરણ 8 પાસ કરેલ અને ધોરણ 9 માં પ્રવેશ માટેની પ્રાવેશિક પરીક્ષામાં મેળવેલ ગુણના આધારે મેરીટના ધોરણે પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.

➡️ અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ અને અનુસૂચિત જાતિના છાત્રો માટે આવક મર્યાદા નથી.

➡️ સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ તેમજ આર્થિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના છાત્રો માટે વાલીની વાર્ષિક આવક રાજ્ય સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા વખતોવખત નક્કી કરવામાં આવે તે મુજબ રહેશે.

નિવાસી શાળામાં પ્રવેશ માટે જાતિવાર જગ્યાઓનું પ્રમાણ:

✔️ અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિના છાત્રો: 60%

✔️ અનુસૂચિત જાતિના છાત્રો: 10%

✔️ સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના છાત્રો: 15%

✔️ આર્થિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના છાત્રો: 15%

પ્રાવેશિક પરીક્ષા માટેના પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રની ફાળવણી:

ઓનલાઇન અરજી ફોર્મમાં ઉમેદવારે પસંદ કરેલ જિલ્લો અને તે જિલ્લાના આપેલ તાલુકાઓમાંથી પસંદ કરેલ તાલુકો ધ્યાને લઇ જે તે તાલુકાના કોઈ એક પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં ઉમેદવારની ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવશે જેનું પ્રવેશપત્ર ઉમેદવારે ઉપરોક્ત વેબસાઈટ પરથી જ સમયસર ડાઉનલોડ કરી લેવાનું રહેશે.

પ્રવેશપત્ર પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવાની તારીખ વેબસાઈટ ઉપર તારીખ 11/4/2023 પછીથી જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે. પ્રવેશપત્ર ડાઉનલોડ કરવામાં કોઈ મુશ્કેલી જણાય તો પોતાની શાળાના આચાર્ય શ્રી અથવા નજીકની આદર્શ નિવાસી શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીનો સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે.

પરીક્ષા પદ્ધતિ:

પરીક્ષા આગામી 23/4/2023 રવિવારના રોજ યોજવામાં આવશે. પરીક્ષાના દિવસે ઉમેદવારે બપોરે 14:00 કલાકે પરીક્ષા સ્થળે પહોંચી જવાનું રહેશે. પરીક્ષાનો સમય બપોરના 15:00 કલાકથી 17:00 કલાક સુધીનો રહેશે. પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા ધોરણ 8 ના અભ્યાસક્રમને અનુલક્ષીને લેવાશે. પ્રશ્નપત્રમાં ભાષા કૌશલ્ય ક્ષમતા, ગણિત, વિજ્ઞાન તેમજ બુદ્ધિમત્તાને લગતા વિષયમાંથી વૈકલ્પિક પ્રશ્નો પૂછવામાં આવશે.

પરીક્ષા ઓ.એમ.આર પદ્ધતિ લેવામાં આવશે તેમજ પ્રશ્નપત્ર લખવા માટેનો કુલ સમય બે કલાકનો રહેશે.

ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં આવેલ આદિજાતિ બાળકોને ઉચ્ચ ગુણવત્તાસભર શિક્ષણ સાથે સારા આવાસ અને ભોજનની સુવિધા મળી રહે તેવા ઉચ્ચ હેતુસર એકલવ્ય મોડેલ રેસીડેન્શીયલ સ્કૂલો કાર્યરત છે. સદર શાળાઓ ધોરણ -૬ થી ધોરણ -૧૨ સુધીની છે . શાળામાં કોમ્પ્યુટર શિક્ષણ , રમતગમત , ચિત્રકલા , શિક્ષણ , લાયબ્રેરી વિગેરેની સુવિધા છે . એકલવ્ય મોડેલ રેસીડેન્શીયલ સ્કૂલોમાં ધોરણ -૬ માં પ્રવેશ માટે અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવે છે . અનુસુચિત જનજાતિના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઉત્તમકક્ષાનું શિક્ષણ તેમજ સુવિધાઓ મળે અને ઉત્તમ કક્ષાની શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મળે તે માટે ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા ટેલેન્ટપુલ યોજનાનું નિર્માણ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે . આ ટેલેન્ટ પુલ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા માટે એકલવ્ય મોડેલ રેસીડેન્શીયલ સ્કુલ પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષામાં ઉત્તીર્ણ થવાનું રહેશે . (ટેલેન્ટપુલ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા માટે પ્રવેશ સમયે સરકારશ્રીના આવક મર્યાદા અંગેના પ્રવર્તમાન નિયમો ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે.)

પાત્રતાનું ધોરણ :વિદ્યાર્થી વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓ અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ ( ST ) હોવા જોઈએ.
પ્રવેશ સમયે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઉંમર ૧૦ થી ૧૩ વર્ષની હોવી જોઈએ. (ઓછામાં ઓછી ૧૦ વર્ષ અને વધુમાં વધુ ૧૩ વર્ષ).
વિદ્યાર્થી વિદ્યાર્થીની હાલ સરકારી શાળા આશ્રમશાળા અથવા માન્ય ગ્રાન્ટ ઇન એઇડ શાળાઓ , સરકાર માન્ય (શિક્ષણ વિભાગની યાદી મુજબ) અને સી.બી.એસ.ઈ. માન્ય , NIOS OBE Program – લેવલ B નું પ્રમાણપત્ર અથવા આર.ટી.ઈ. એક્ટ ૨૦૦૯ ના ચેપ્ટર- ૨ મુજબ – શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ -૫ માં અભ્યાસ કરતા હોવા જોઈએ અને પ્રવેશ મેળવતી વખતે ધોરણ -૫ પાસ કરેલ હોવું જોઈએ.

આદિજાતિ વિસ્તારના આદિમ જુથના બાળકો અને હળપતી બાળકો માટે કુલ બેઠકના ૫% સુધી પ્રવેશ માટે અગ્રિમતા આપવામાં આવશે.

વિમુક્ત/વિચરતી/અર્ધ વિચરતી જાતિના બાળકો, વિદ્યાર્થી જેના માતા પિતા ડાબેરી ઉગ્રવાદ/બળવો/કોવીડના કારણોસર મૃત્યુ પામેલ હોય, વિધવા માતાના બાળકો, દિવ્યાંગ માતા – પિતાના બાળકો, અનાથ (માતા-પિતા બન્ને હયાત ન હોય તેવા ) વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ૧૦% સુધી પ્રવેશ માટે અગ્રિમતા આપવામાં આવશે. દિવ્યાંગ બાળકો માટે કુલ બેઠકના ૩% સુધી પ્રવેશ માટે અગ્રિમતા આપવામાં આવશે . (પ્રવેશ સમયે લાગુ પડતા જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્ર રજુ કરવાના રહેશે.)

પ્રવેશ અરજીપત્ર જમાં કરાવવાના સ્થળો :અરજીપત્ર ભરીને જે પરીક્ષાકેન્દ્ર ઉપર પરીક્ષા આપવાની હોય તે પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં રૂબરૂ અથવા ટપાલથી જમા કરાવવાનું રહેશે.અને તે જ સ્થળેથી પરીક્ષાર્થીઓને પ્રવેશપત્ર ઈસ્યુ કરવામાં આવશે. અથવા જે પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર ઉપર પરીક્ષા આપવાની હોય તે પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર પર ટપાલથી અરજીપત્ર મોકલી શકાશે અને તે જ પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર પરથી ટપાલથી પ્રવેશપત્ર મોકલવામાં આવશે.આ સિવાય અન્ય જગ્યાએ અરજીપત્ર મોકલવામાં આવશે તો તે સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં.
