In this decision, a two-judge bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay has taken this decision. The bench rejected the plea of Nand Kishore Ojha and other teachers on Tuesday, rejecting it yesterday. The bench dismissed this petition and said that the 1950 government pension scheme had already been terminated before 2010. While the advertisement for the appointment of 34540 teachers was published in the year 2010. After fighting a long court battle, he was appointed respectively.
